The Council does not capture or store any personal information about individuals who access this website (see cookies below) except where you voluntarily choose to give the council your personal details either via email, to make a payment, by using an online form on the website, registering with us or by enquiring about any of the council’s services.
If you subscribe to our mailing lists for information, we will ask you to indicate the areas in which you are interested. This is so we can tailor the information we send to you to cover the areas in which you are interested.
What we do with personal information
No personal residential home or home care client data is held on Information Cheshire East. Residential Home and Home Care organisation contact details will be held.
We use this information only for the intended purpose that you have provided it.
Your information will be held only for as long as necessary and it will not be passed to any other parties.
Cheshire East Council has implemented technical measures to safeguard your information from:

iCE collects and stores the following information that is automatically recognised. The:

Visitors to our website remain anonymous as the council does not seek to link any of the data collected to individuals. The information only allows the council to assess the popularity of the pages on the website, so that continual improvements can be made to the site.
